Do I need to remove the product before reapplying?

Auftragen suoet , farbe hatte ich etwas deckender erwaetwr , seré trabsisrebf und es hält nicht sehr lange , splittert vereinzelt an der spitze schnell ab

Ich habe schon einige Härter probiert,mit Gitti konnte ich heute sogar schon einen Dosenring öffnen ohne Bruch. Das sagt schon einiges.
