FAQ

Is the plantPRO formula TPO-free?

We have always created nail products without controversial ingredients. Our plantPRO system has been free from TPO and other disputed molecules since its launch in 2024. The TPO ban, which came into effect in September, confirms that our commitment to the safety of your health and the environment is not a reaction, but part of who we are.

Are there any UV filters in the formula?

The product does not contain any UV filters. To protect against external environmental factors such as UV light, the antioxidant vitamin E has been added.

I am allergic to conventional UV gel nail polishes – can I use plantPRO?

A major cause of allergic reactions to conventional UV gel nail polishes is the ingredient HEMA. Since we avoid this and other controversial ingredients in our formula, it is likely that you will tolerate plantPRO better. However, allergies are individual and complex, so they can also be triggered by another ingredient that may also be present in plantPRO.

To rule out allergies, you can perform a patch test. For the test, a small amount of the gel nail polish should be applied directly to the natural nail and left for about 24–48 hours. If skin reactions such as redness or itching occur, an allergic reaction to plantPRO may be present. After removing the nail polish, the skin irritation should normally subside. Otherwise, please consult a dermatologist.

Leider hält die Farbe damit auch nicht besser. Nach spätestens 3-4 Tagen splittert auch der Gellack ab. Hatte gehofft das es damit besser hält.

Zaubert einen wirklich tollen Perlmutt Look, allerdings hält die Plant Pro Gel Nagellack Serie nicht was sie verspricht (mit 15+ Tagen halt). Ich hatte ein Jahr lang die Maniko Gel Strips und war super zufrieden (die halten bei mir 3 Wochen und machen meine Nägel nicht kaputt). Mit dem Gel Nagellack von euch wollte ich etwas neues ausprobieren.. bereits am zweiten Tag ist an mehreren Nägeln das Gel abgeplatzt und beim entfernen waren meine Nägel ziemlich angegriffen.. ziemlich schade ☹️

Optik ist super schick, das Auftragen geht kinderleicht. Sehr schön finde ich, das der Glaze top coat die Nagelfarbe etwas aufhält und einen sehr schönen Glanz hinterlässt. Die Haltbarkeit finde ich auch super.

Allergiker approved

Die Gitti PlantPro Lacke sind tatsächlich die einzigen, die ich verwenden kann! Vor zwei Jahren hat sich bei mir eine Allergie entwickelt und ich habe ALLES ausprobiert, da ich sehr unstabile Nägel von Natur aus habe. Die Gitti UV Lacke sind die einzigen, bei denen meine Haut und Nägel nicht reagieren und zudem härten sie richtig gut aus - nicht so wie bei anderen Marken, wo der Lack nach wenigen Tagen weicher wird und abpellt. Jetzt freue ich mich nur noch über eine größere Farbauswahl :)

Der Lack ist wunderschön und lässt sich leicht und gleichmäßig auftragen. Er verläuft nicht beim aushärten. Leider hält er bei mir nicht so lange, nach 5 Tagen splitter er an den Spitzen und löst sich.
